  • I was there from Canada watching my son play a weekend series of hockey, he is the Catamounts goal tender. Any way more importantly our data carriers in Canada charge us like crazy when our phones are roaming. However if we use WIFi there is no charge for the data service. Hence your service was greatly appreciated and worked great.
  • I am happy that the mall has made WiFi available to the shoppers. I was using it to look up a restaurant location in Waterbury, but was unhappy that the signal was so weak. I feel that making the signal stronger, and maybe available in more places would be a great and handy service. Other than that, it was easy to get connected, and I was happy that it was even available so I wouldn’t have to use my data plan.

  • Very good service and very convenient. I do not go to the mall to surf the net but as was the case, i was with visitors from France (eating a IHOP’s) and we were looking for something specific and due to the wi-fi we found that your mall had a store that carried what we were looking for.And even if it would have been elsewhere, its a great service where everyone is a winner the customers, the stores, the town thus the community.

  • I don’t actually live in Burlington but as someone passing through I was very glad to find wifi in your mall; thanks for providing this service. Perhaps a bit more seating could be useful, as it seemed that the seats were usually all taken, with people standing around waiting for a spot.
  • Just to add a few thoughts – I was able to use my Ipad to occupy myself while my wife shops. I could listen to music, get email, or watch something which passes the time quickly. In the past, I would stay in the car or remained unoccupied in the Mall.

  • It was great have when I had the chance to sit down, but unfortunately there wasn’t much of that. And the few times when I needed a Wifi connection, I was nowhere near those seating areas. But it’s certainly a great luxury to have! Thanks for setting that up!

  • I only signed on once, and found it fairly easy as I recall...it has been quite some time since I tried your Wi-Fi. Thank you ... it’s a nice service for husbands waiting while wives shop. :)

  • I thought this was a fantastic idea. I entered my Bon Ton account and was able to buy shirts with the coupon which was available that day.

    Also it is a good pastime when my wife is in the stores shopping.

  • I absolutely love the fact that I can shop and have wifi there. It works well as long as it isn’t super busy with many people on it. But it’s pretty awesome that the u-mall has wi-fi

  • I love being able to get WiFi at the Mall as I can read my e-newspaper, have a coffee and then browse a couple of stores and maybe even get lunch at the food court. I sometimes will meet friends there late morning and we get together for lunch. I love the comfortable chairs that are provided.   • Wifi is a wonderful addition to the university mall experience! As a utilize the app for the mall as well as many of the stores for discounts and information...
    Another welcome addition would be if in those same areas you had at least one enclosed play area for small children. Possibly sponsored in part by local companies like Cabot and Ben & Jerry’s with farm animals climb ons and a soft foamy floor and seating area for parents around the perimeter...

  • The wifi was a great addition to the mall! It covers the mall pretty well since Kohls has free wifi as well. Very useful to look for coupons online before walking into a store!
  • It was a stormy day. My wife and daughter want to shop. The hotel not far from your place had a problem with WiFi. So we walked to the Mall. The girl went shopping and I sat in your comfortable chair and answer some emails with a good coffee. Thank you for that good moment. Luc
  • Just a note to say that I’m very happy to have the opportunity to use WiFi at U-Mall. To be able to find the name of something I saw online so that I can see if Kohl’s or Sears, etc. have it in stock is a real plus. And to check the times of movies or restaurants so I can be sure to time my shopping is a nice ability to have. My thanks to the people at U-Mall who made this possible.
  • Both my husband and I used the free Wi-Fi at the mall during our visit to Burlington last December. We were really impressed at how easy it was to sign on (signing up for Wi-Fi service at other places can take forever). We also noticed that the service was remarkably fast. However, the Internet connection near the Sears area was a little spotty. Since we walked around the mall a lot that day and this was our first visit in years to University Mall, we just wish the Wi-Fi service had been available throughout the mall. Otherwise, it was great!

  • I have been traveling to Vermont about every other week for business. It is nice to find places where WIFI is available to the public, which allows me to connect for business, and also for using my free time while away from home.

  • We used the wireless service while in for a short stay from Montreal shopping. The wifi service worked well and it was a pleasure to have the ability to use free wifi to get shopping info etc.

  • I really appreciate the convenience of public WiFi spots, and as I recall, the one at University Mall worked well for me. Cellular service is also pretty good in that area, so it’s not a real necessity, I guess, but it surely is convenient.
    My wife and I travel to Burlington for doctor appointments a couple of times per year, and we usually include a visit to the mall.

  • Hi, Will I am from Perú, working Here for the winter, I Many friends perucians, argentinians and chilenean people, we all go there to shop, and most of is have a cellphone although without a permanent internet service,,,, so it is very useful to be connected even though in a small area...   • I am very happy that someone asked about my feedback! I don’t use it because it doesn’t work at all!!! I log in but never can use it maybe the signal is week! In the beginning it was ok but now it doesn’t work :(

  • As an old employee at the mall, I think it is fantastic and long overdue! I was a manager at McDonald’s just under a year ago. So it is great to be able to have access to this during breaks and even when waiting to get my nails done.

  • Well what can I say. Who wouldn’t love a free Internet. I have only a limited access and your wifi let’s me use Internet to access like store coupons. Makes my shopping day much easier. So thank you for your wifi.

    P.S. maybe when you make a activity like Santa Class, Easter etc..., you could move the emplacement because it takes the wifi place. It’ just a suggestion, but when we were there during Christmas time, we found that fact little boring !
